Fighting for a solo charger on a first-come courtyard bay is a common dead end.
Consent stack for leasehold flats
Expect managing agent processes, possibly landlord licences for alterations, and sometimes resident association votes for communal works. Provide drawings, product sheets and make-good commitments up front.

Electrics in podium and basement car parks
Long SWA runs, fire stopping, ventilation rules and earthing in concrete structures raise cost versus a suburban house wall. Underground car parks can also need landlord supply upgrades before several residents charge at once.

Grants for flat residents

Does the grant cover basement civils?
